When we arrived from the airport we were instantly impressed by the underground entrance with its sleek luxury and accessibility to the lobby of the hotel.

Room was dirty - hair in sink, chip crumbs and nail clippings on the floor. Moved to second room which was also dirty. Extremely disappointed in the level of cleanliness for this being a five star hotel.
